I had a dream: a house by the sea, why not somewhere overseas? The idea was brief: it would be in Greece. I had my plan for the house, of course, and so the search began. I almost gave up, as it proved so difficult. And then I met Dimitri. His appearance and his character both appealed to me, but was this bird worth the price? A little trust on my part, a great deal of attentive listening on his, a true professional collaboration and a wonderful sense of understanding. The result is perfect.
