At first, we had decided to buy an already-built house in Greece in order to simplify the process and avoid the potential hassles. It was after meeting Dimitris, who showed us his projects at various stages of construction, and after listening to all our contacts in Parga, who had nothing but praise for Dimitris’s professionalism and integrity, that we decided to embark on the adventure of building a house in Greece. Moreover, the after-sales support is outstanding. Katerina, Dimitris’s assistant, helped us with the various procedures after the house was completed, such as paying the property tax, arranging the electricity, etc., always with great kindness and helpfulness.
